Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to the Sol Food digital nutrition course ("Course") offered by Sol Wellness LLC, doing business as Sol Fitness and Sol Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Course.

1. The Course

Sol Food is a self-guided digital nutrition course created and delivered by Sol Wellness LLC. Course content, videos, and materials were developed by Sol Academy educators and are hosted at solfood.solfitnesslex.com.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Course.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase the Course. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Purchase and Access

3.1 Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to the Course content as it exists at the time of purchase. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Course is actively maintained and hosted by the Company. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Course indefinitely but do not guarantee availability in perpetuity.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Your purchase grants access to one individual user. You may not share, transfer, or resell your access credentials.

4. Pricing

The purchase price is displayed at checkout at the time of your transaction. Prices are subject to change. Promotional or Founding Member pricing is valid only during the period specified at the time of offer and is not retroactively applied to prior purchases.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the immediate digital nature of Course access, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted, regardless of whether course content has been viewed or completed.

6. Not Medical or Clinical Advice

The Sol Food course provides general nutrition education and information only. Nothing in the Course constitutes medical advice, clinical nutrition counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of any health condition.

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have or suspect you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking prescription medications.

Use of this Course does not create a patient-provider, client-dietitian, or any other professional advisory relationship between you and Sol Wellness LLC or any of its instructors.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, graphics, worksheets, and curriculum, is the intellectual property of Sol Wellness LLC and its respective creators. All rights are reserved.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course materials in any format

- Share, resell, sublicense, or provide access to your account to any third party

- Use course content to create derivative works for commercial purposes

- Record, screenshot, or capture video content for distribution

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the Course in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Course for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Company, its instructors, or other users.

9. Modifications to Course Content

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time. We may revise curriculum to reflect updated nutritional guidance, correct errors, or improve the user experience. Material updates that improve the Course do not entitle purchasers to a refund.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Course is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Course will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results described or implied by the content will be achieved by any individual user. Individual results will vary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sol Wellness LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Course.

The Company's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the Course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sol Wellness LLC and its owners, employees, instructors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Course.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.

14. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at solfood.solfitnesslex.com with an updated effective date. Continued access to the Course following notice of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
